JESUSMYPROVIDER IS NOT LTD is the legal company behind JMP Group. Through its five specialist divisions, JMP provides interpreting and translation, customer support and call handling, data entry and transcription, customer support and back-office services, and directors’ training and governance. These are operational service divisions of JESUSMYPROVIDER IS NOT LTD and are not separately incorporated companies.
Our Christian faith shapes the way we lead and serve: with integrity, compassion, stewardship, humility and respect. We welcome and support clients, colleagues and communities of every background and belief.
The Founder’s Story
JMP was founded by Passi M. H. A. Abilio, known professionally as Heidi Passi Abilio: a multilingual administrator, interpreter, translator and customer-support professional whose journey spans Angola, the Democratic Republic of Congo, continental Europe and the United Kingdom.
Heidi’s early academic foundation in Biology and Chemistry led to medical studies at the French-American University of Kinshasa. War and instability interrupted those studies, yet strengthened the resilience, discipline and compassion that would later shape her leadership.
In Kinshasa, she served as Personal Assistant to the Director of Projects and Properties at The Salvation Army headquarters, supporting housing and building projects, documentation, funds checking, site visits and repair coordination. She later developed her career in diplomatic and corporate environments in Angola, including executive-support and translation roles connected with the Embassies of Morocco and Congo-Brazzaville, Stapem Offshore and DNV Angola.
After relocating to the United Kingdom, Heidi rebuilt her professional life while raising her children and navigating significant personal challenges. Her faith in Jesus Christ remained her anchor. She continued to develop across customer service, interpreting, translation, assessment administration, data processing, executive support and remote call-centre operations.
Through the Arise platform ecosystem, JMP previously delivered outsourced customer-service support on recognised programmes including Nespresso and nPower. This experience developed practical capability in quality assurance, performance standards, data protection, structured processes and professional remote service delivery. These were platform-based assignments rather than direct corporate contracts.
Faith, Purpose and the Meaning of JMP
The name JESUSMYPROVIDER IS NOT LTD expresses the Founder’s conviction that the provision of Jesus Christ is not limited. JMP therefore treats work as stewardship: an opportunity to serve with excellence, protect human dignity and create value for clients and communities.
The teachings of Jesus Christ call us to love our neighbours, serve with humility, act justly and care for people. These principles are at the heart of JMP, not as a barrier to others, but as the reason we seek to treat every person with fairness, kindness and respect.
